Q: What should we wear to the welcome drinks?

A: Casual, jeans are a go!

Q: What should we wear to the wedding?

A: Fancy cocktail / casual formal - we ask guests to dress in a blend of formal and cocktail attire. Ladies are invited to wear evening gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits (ties optional).

Q: Are children welcome?

A: Please leave the kiddos at home! Due to limited space at the venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a weekend away to get out and have some fun!

Q: Can I bring a date?

A: Please refer to your invitation regarding plus-ones!

Q: Is there parking available at The Mad River Barn?

A: Parking is limited to guests staying at the venue. All other guests should plan to take the bus transportation provided from the listed accommodations. Please reach out if you have any questions about this!

Q: Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

A: Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will be inside the pavilion, but one wall will remain open to the covered patio/ bar. The afterparty will be indoors at the pub.
